There is water in the air in the form of vapour.the presence of water vapour differs according to the wheather and climate. There is much more water in warm air than the cold air.Cooled air can hold much less vapour.When the air becomes more cool, the water vapour condenser into visible tiny water droplets and large masses me it form clouds.
